Official Rules: 3-Month Bachata Class Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Bachata Dance Academy, located at 5332 Stevens Pl, Commerce, CA.

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 21, 2025 and ends on August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
Visit: [https://www.bachatadanceacademyonline.com/bachataclassgiveaway ] and complete the entry form with your name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase or payment is required to enter.

5. Prize
Ten (10) winners will each receive three (3) months of free Bachata dance classes at Stevens Steakhouse, Commerce, CA (September, October, and November 2025). Approximate retail value: $240 per winner. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about September 1, 2025. Winners will be notified via email and/or text. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity Release
By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud or other factors impair its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

9. Privacy
Information collected will only be used for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California.
