General Refund Policy: We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy, you are eligible to request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a refund, simply email us at [email protected] with your full name and the email address used to purchase the course. Refunds are processed promptly, typically within 7-10 days, though we aim to complete them within 24 hours.

Limitations on Refund Eligibility: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase. It's important to note that we reserve the right to decline refund requests if more than 15% of the course content has been completed or if there is evidence suggesting that the refund request is an attempt to exploit our content for personal gain. Our policy is designed to maintain fairness and integrity, ensuring that our refund process respects the value of our offerings.

The Bachata Vault Monthly Membership

The Bachata Vault is a monthly subscription and is not eligible for refunds.

Like a gym membership, your monthly fee gives you full access to the Vault whether you log in and use it or not. Once a monthly payment is processed, that month is non-refundable, including months where you forgot to cancel, didn't use the membership, or stopped engaging with the content.

You can cancel anytime, and it takes 30 seconds:

  1. Log into your account at bachatadanceacademyonline.com
  2. Go to your account settings or "Manage Subscriptions"
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Your access continues through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before your next billing date if you no longer wish to be a member. We do not issue refunds for missed cancellations, unused months, or charges that occurred because a member did not cancel in time.

Additional Limitations

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests if there is clear evidence the request is being made in bad faith, for example, if a substantial portion of the course content has been downloaded or shared, or if multiple refund requests have been made on previous purchases.

This policy is designed to be fair to genuine students while protecting the integrity of our content.
